Easy Chocolate Eclair Squares

(3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
(8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
HONEY MAID Honey Grahams
(4 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate
Beat pudding mix and 1-3/4 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Layer about 1/3 of the grahams and half the COOL WHIP mixture in 13x9-inch pan, breaking grahams as necessary to fit; repeat layers. Top with remaining grahams.
Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar and remaining milk; stir until well blended. Immediately spread over grahams.
Latte Eclair Squares
Prepare as directed, substituting 3/4 cup chilled brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee for 3/4 cup of the milk used to prepare the pudding.
How to Thaw COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Place unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-oz. tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.
Prepare as directed, using fat-free milk, JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding, COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping and HONEY MAID Low Fat Honey Grahams.
